The fight for marriage equality provided a framework for the ways people with different backgrounds and viewpoints can work together to ensure LGBT people are afforded equal protection under the law.

While the Supreme Court extended marriage equality for same-sex couples in 2015, t he fight for LGBT equality continues with greater urgency. Sexual orientation, gender identity and expression are not specifically protected under federal law. Meanwhile an increasing number of states are proposing and passing explicitly anti-LGBT laws.

In our highly charged political landscape, how can the LGBT and Ally community effectively work across partisan divides?

Join thought leaders from the public and private sectors who have advocated for LGBT equality to learn about how to build bridges across differences to drive equality forward.
