The networking event is designed for high-quality relationship building in a welcoming environment grounded in inclusive ideals and real business outcomes.

Join us for an evening of purposeful networking where conversations can lead to strategic partnerships, procurement and referral opportunities, brand visibility, and practical insights from peers who are actively shaping New York’s marketplace. "4West Lounge is Harlem’s premier safe space where “you can be YOU and FREE”. We pride ourselves with hosting diverse, curated events for guests to connect, grow, and be entertained.

During the height of the pandemic Troy Berry and Brian Clark wanted to create a black-owned LGBTQ+ bar/lounge and started the 4West concept in their apartment with no experience, but plentiful passion and enthusiasm. It proved to be a hit and in 2021 they opened their first commercial location on 127th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

4West Lounge is home for everyone - from creatives to corporate managers to stay-at-home entrepreneurs - where they can come together and have their social and entertainment needs met in an environment that is welcoming to all regardless of skin color or orientation."

During the mixer, we conduct our first nonprofit spotlight of the year!  Hear about the impactful work and opportunities to support the Audre Lorde Project!

The Audre Lorde Project is a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans and Gender Non Conforming People of Color center for community organizing, focusing on the New York City area. Through mobilization, education and capacity-building, we work for community wellness and progressive social and economic justice. Committed to struggling across differences, we seek to responsibly reflect, represent and serve our various communities.
