Whether you have employees or are one, you are experiencing what is increasingly being recognized as the most significant shift in the future of Work since the start of the Industrial Revolution! From where you sit, what is driving this phenomenon and what can you do to ensure that your organization, and you, come out on the positive side? nglccNY member Brian Gorman has been a futurist for much of his career. In late 2019, he and a business partner trademarked 4-Day Work Week®. For the past two years, they have been working with others to understand and get in front of, the future of Work coming out of the Pandemic. Brian is currently mentoring U.S. businesses engaged in a 4-day week pilot. After a short presentation by Brian on the forces behind the new dynamics of the workplace, nglccNY members will break out to explore how they and their businesses are being affected and what they can do to make this shift work for them.
