This interactive Small Business Chat brings together a new panel of innovators, problem-solvers, and fellow entrepreneurs each session to share their personal journeys and the solutions that have shaped their businesses. Through candid conversation and guided discussion, panelists unpack real challenges, strategic decisions, and lessons learned — offering practical insights and fresh perspectives for small business owners navigating their own paths.
This session features:
Shauncy Jackson, Founder of Oakland Don't Play, a conscious clothing brand
Natasha Braxton, Founder of Select Auto Parts & Sales, Inc, focused on auto parts sales.

Born and raised in Oakland California, Shauncy Jackson founded Oakland Don’t Play (ODP) in response to a rise of racial discrimination and gentrification in Oakland. ODP drops dope apparel for the whole family that makes bold statements while showcasing Oakland Pride. Collection inspirations come from everything Oakland. Shauncy has a BA in computer science and a masters in Program Management.
Natasha Broxton is the Founder and CEO of Select Auto Parts & Sales, Milwaukee’s only fully indoor, Black and woman owned automotive recycling facility, and the founder of Alitura Group, an AI modernization firm built on 14 years of operational experience. Google has featured her twice for implementing AI inside her 125,000 sq ft operation, and she was a featured panelist at the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Building Resilience Conference alongside Verizon. Natasha helps business owners identify where revenue is leaking and build systems that create consistency, efficiency, and growth.
