Transgender and Gender Expansive (TGX) Pitch Program
nglccNY is proud to partner with Corporate Partner Wells Fargo and the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)'s TGX Initiative on the Transgender and Gender Expansive (TGX) Pitch Program! Taking place on Tuesday, December 6, this program is a chance for TGX business owners to informally present their business to a panel of experts and your fellow entrepreneurs for positive, constructive feedback and new ideas. If you have a 5 minute (or less) presentation with all the bells and whistles: great! If not: that’s great, too! Simply bring your “elevator pitch” and any messaging you’d like to work on with our experts. This is an open forum! Although these are mock pitches, these programs are a tremendous opportunity for TGX-owned businesses to form new relationships, learn what other TGX business owners are working on, and support one another in your entrepreneurial journeys.
Any TGX business owner who pitches or attends this Pitch Program is invited to apply to have their affiliate chamber dues waived in the first year of membership in order to become an NGLCC Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (LGBTBE) supplier. LGBTBE Certification fees are waived once your business is an active member of the nglccNY. Thanks to the generous support of Wells Fargo, NGLCC is accepting applications on a rolling basis through December 2022 for the chamber membership dues waiver.
