Twyla Garret is a remarkable entrepreneur who gained much of her experience working as an accountant for the federal government. She started her first business in 1996 and founded a Homeland Security management and consultation firm in 2000. Garrett is now the founder of Integrated Responders Group, a full-service independent claim management firm, and Growth Management Services, a construction program management firm that saw revenues over $1M within its two years of opening. Garrett was invited to speak at the White House about job creation and economic growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ursuline College and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.
