What they need:

• Teams of two with real reno/design chops — contractors, builders, designers, flippers, or skilled DIY partners (family, friends, partners, exes, business partners, roommates, etc.).
• Proven experience together (before/afters or project links).
• Big personalities and camera-ready energy.

Key filming details:

• Location: Beach community (exact site TBD).
• Timeline: ~6 weeks away, Feb–Apr 2026 target.
• Production support: Travel, housing, per diem, and a rental car (if needed) all covered.
• Accommodations: Apartment with kitchen (planned).
• Per diem: $350/week per team grocery stipend.
• On-site support: Equal access to two carpenters per team.
• Build schedule: 10–12 hour days, 5 days/week.
• Competition structure: Long build days, real deadlines, camera presence required; teams must follow FCC competition rules and keep up with the fast pace.
• Compensation: $50,000 grand prize; non-winning teams receive a $10,000/team stipend.

Eligibility:

• 18+, legal U.S. residents.
• Must be available for the entire shoot window.
• Multiple examples of hands-on renovation/design work (professional or DIY).
