Jim Arnoff is a Certified Career, Business and Life Coach to the entertainment industry, small business owners and the LGBT community. Jim consults as a talent agent and practices entertainment law. He worked at the William Morris Agency as both an in-house Business Affairs lawyer and television packaging agent. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, George Washington University School of Law and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching with a certification from the International Coach Federation. He leads workshops for Out Professionals, StartOut, NGLCC, LGBT Bar Association of New York, Veterans in Media and Entertainment, Writers Guild of America, NYU Tisch, Women in Film, Motion Picture Academy, American Film Institute and Film Independent,.
