About This Workshop
Most founders can't say precisely where their business stands on any given morning. In this 60-minute live build, you'll set up an AI chief of staff in Claude Cowork that connects to the tools you already use, learns how your business actually works, and tells you each morning what needs your attention most. We'll build it together, and I'll walk you through the steps to securely integrate your email, calendar, SaaS tools, and files on a permissioned basis, set up a business context knowledge base the agent draws on, and run a full review that produces a standing map of your business.
This session is built for solopreneurs, founder-led firms, boutique practices, and nonprofit leaders who control their own tools and data. If you operate under a strict corporate IT policy, or handle regulated client or municipal data, please clear any integration with your tech team before connecting live accounts. You're still very welcome to follow along using a personal account, and can build the same system to keep your notifications, calendar, and bills organized. No technical background required, and you'll leave with a working agent rather than just a page of notes.
Meet Our Facilitator
Coltrane Kubo is an NGLCCNY member and the co-founder of Aidgentic, an AI growth agency that builds agentic systems for founder-led businesses and operators. His clients are owners who have built something real and now spend more time working in the business than on it. His work is the technical layer that gives that time back, through deterministic automations, custom AI agents, and internal tooling. Most Aidgentic engagements start with a single focused build and grow as the systems prove out, and this session teaches the fundamentals those systems are built on.
