Before launching The Alphabet Mafia Consultancy, Matthew spent seven years at PepsiCo, where he built expertise in brand management, consumer insights, and cultural marketing—and was recognized as an Adweek Pride Star for his work on bubly sparkling water. Throughout his career, he has contributed to global brands including Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, CBS, and GroupM. In just its first year, The Alphabet Mafia Consultancy partnered with major corporations like Deutsche Bank, Klhoud (khloe Kardashians protein popcorn) and Norms (backed by Pete Davidson) and community-driven organizations such as Out Leadership, Gaddies, Discover Du, and Motto.
