Dawid ("DAH-veed") Wiacek is a no-nonsense executive coach who has empowered hundreds of senior executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders across the globe to maximize their brain’s (and heart’s) potential. Wielding a Ted Lasso-like mix of humor with a laser-focused penchant for optimizing performance, and blending executive finesse with Polish farm boy grit, he operates at the intersection of emotional intelligence and mental fitness. Together, Dawid and his clients successfully tackle the ‘hard things’ and achieve meaningful, sustainable, and often life-changing results.

As a coach, Dawid prepares clients for high-stakes conversations, builds rapid trust, boosts their confidence, and enhances their narrative thinking and storytelling skills. Prior to his coaching career, Dawid gained valuable experience in Human Resources and Training & Development roles where he honed his skills in empowering individuals and teams to not merely reach but crush their goals. He leverages this diverse personal background alongside AI-informed techniques to uncover transformational insights that clients can activate not within months, or even days, but immediately.
