Alex Pearlman is an Executive Coach, leadership educator, facilitator, and thought partner for high-performing professionals seeking more influence and authority — plus the courage it takes to earn it.

With his support, clients improve their thinking and test their mettle against (real or imagined) intimidating circumstances, making things happen that they otherwise couldn’t have before.

As a former educator and strategy consultant, Alex is inspiriting by nature, pedagogical in his approach, and non-prescriptive as he adapts to the goals, comprehension, and circumstances of his clients. His ability to simplify complex human development and organizational theory into practicable frameworks and to help others capitalize on inconspicuous strengths makes change inevitable and advancement a reality for those who want it.

Alex is an Associate Certified Coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He completed the Coaching Certification Program at Columbia University Teachers College. After finishing his MBA at Columbia Business School, Alex joined the organizational strategy practice at PwC Strategy&, advising clients on large scale organizational transformations and corporate culture in the US, China, and Pacific markets.

At the heart of Alex’s coaching practice is the firm belief that menacing leadership styles are the coward’s way. He’s on a mission to advance kind, ethical, intentional, backboned people into positions of power in a world that needs its leaders to stand up and do the hard thing.
