I have extensive experience working in a variety of settings ranging from higher education, for profit corporations, and not for profit organizations. I am the founder and CEO of Illuminare Group, a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultancy focused on helping organizations develop and deploy their People Strategy.

My major areas of expertise are Leadership/Organizational Development, Cross-Cultural Education, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Executive Coaching.

I am also also an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program for the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. I teach courses in Leadership & Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence.
