He spent a decade performing musical theatre on stages around the world, during which he started his first business as a nutrition and fitness coach, served two years as an elected delegate for the Actors' Equity Association, and founded the Latiné Musical Theatre Lab, a home for Latiné musical theatre writers, where he was Producing Artistic Director for its two-and-a-half-year run. After the Lab closed, he founded AdaptArts LLC, which adapts Broadway musicals into bilingual Spanish and English versions performed by kids. In 2026 he formalized RMG Operations, designing and implementing the internal systems small businesses run on.
He teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and trains in Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, and MMA. RMG Operations is a queer, Latin-owned business.
