Softcut is a woman-owned, queer-led film collective. By diversifying filmmaking teams, we challenge the production status quo, advancing equity behind the camera. With a relentless mission and soft approach, we add more humanity to branded content —telling stories that matter, made by people who can better represent them.
Building the right team for each project’s ambition, our creatives span specialties and personal identities. We work with brands and purpose-driven organizations we believe in, doing good work for good people. From feature documentaries to brand films, we get to the heart of underrepresented subjects and stories, developing them into content that makes people feel something.
