About Us
Weatherstone is a New York-based private investment firm backed by institutional investors and family offices, with collectively over $300M in AUM and 100+ operating companies across healthcare, home services, industrial services, and software.
We take a relationship-first approach that’s different from traditional private equity. Mike, our founder, works directly with owners to ensure a smooth transition aligned to their personal goals, continued investment in their people, and a long-term home for the business. Before founding Weatherstone, Mike was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, growth leader at Block Renovation and founder of ParkDay. Mike also received his MBA from Stanford University and BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
