So, how comfortable are you with change? Like most people, change and changing times is not your favorite thing ... it “hits” an uncomfortable spot in our human brains that tends to make most people feel uneasy and unsafe. But let's face it: change is absolutely the world we live in! Wouldn't it be great if you (and your team) could find ways to increase your resilience to change so that you not only survive—but thrive—in changing times?
In this session, participants will explore the Top 3 Strategies to be Resilient in Times of Change. Based upon years of research from top industry experts, Dr. Steve Yacovelli has boiled down immediate steps you and your team can take to improve your resiliency in times of change. From how you view the world around you to managing the ambiguous, you'll leave with concrete tips and strategies to make you more resilient when change comes a-knocking!
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Identify why it's important for individuals to be resilient in times of change
List the top 3 strategies or areas of focus to begin to be more resilient in times of change
Describe at least 1 action or tool they can use to develop each of the 3 key areas to grow in times of change

Building on the virtual community that has formed as a result of the past couple of years, we are pleased to present our new Lunch & Learn program. Our Lunch & Learns provides a monthly opportunity to learn about various topics presented by Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the nglccNY and network with members that are both in the NYC area and beyond.
Each virtual Lunch & Learn includes a 30-45 minute presentation of a topic from a SME, and will also allow time for networking during a breakout session.
